I have those sorts of typing glitches too.

My mug is ok-ish - the chip hasn't cracked down, and I keep on meaning to put some clear nail varnish over it to seal it.

I never used to break stuff - I honestly think it's a hormonal thing. I used to avoid picking things up at antique markets if I had my period, too... *cringe*
