Ever since RB's Got Issues, I've had a massive fictional boner for their interplay.

why has this not been done already?
I do not know. If I'm going by my own experience, it might be because the potential writers had forgotten large chunks of the painstakingly worked-out narrative and intensely exciting dialogue by the next morning.
