Well, I appear to be back. You didn't notice I was gone, did you? Ah, that's ok.

I have endured such torments trying to get back online, as you can only imagine... But we shall not speak of it. Much, although not all, of the torments were caused by my own staggering, breathtaking stupidity. We shall not speak of that either.

The new house is nice... very nice, yes. Probably some kind of mistake, I expect. I've never lived anywhere nice before. *sob, dramatic sigh etc*

I don't know if anyone tried to email me at any point, but it's unlikely that it would have got through if you did, as I've apparently been using my inbox as a container for important bits of rubbish.

Trianne, thanks for keeping the cat warm, it'll go very nicely with that bottle of red I've been saving.
