Irrationally irrational day

There was an ill-considered rant here for a couple of seconds, but then I realised I was being a stupid old fool and deleteded it. I rillyrillyrilly need to stop thinking I know best how everything in the world ought to be run, when in actual fact I can barely run a bath without outside help. I can't even run for a bus without falling over on the pavement. Honestly!

*shakes head at self*

And why oh why am I not asleep? Eh?

Personally, I think you DO know best how everything in this world ought to be run. :)

Incidentally, I am into the 2nd book of the four book "A Song of Ice & Fire" series by George R.R. Martin, even though the R.R. is a pathetic attempt to emulate Tolkien, I am enjoying the books immensely. If you want, check out the first one "A Game of Thrones".

That one actually keeps coming up on BookMooch, but I keep hesitating and people keep snapping it up. It does seem quite popular! I'm sure it'll come around again soon. I've got so many books to read now, I just wish I could get someone to pay me to stay at home and read them!
