What's the archway you keep on featuring? (is it the same one?)

Blue wool?

I've actually photographed three seperate archways - this one is just down from Tuesday's. The street is called Northgate Street -- the original northern entrance to the town. Actually, I'm not sure of the significance of Tuesday's gatehouse and this wall, I'll have to actually read the blue plaque one of these days.

It's point A on this medieval map, if you're really bored. ;)

Oh, the other archway (Wednesday) is a side entrance to Christchurch Park, which I walk through every day. (Point T1 on the map, when it was still Holy Trinity Priory).

The blue wool is left over from Mrs Darcy, currently blocking in the bathroom and smelling delightfully of wet dog, as wool does.

Are you on Ravelry? I have a couple of not-very-good pics up there.

Aha. A town of archways, then.

I am on Ravelry, but don't have a page up or anything. Not sure I can remember my username...

Oooh! Pretty things. I do like that Noro Lizard Ridge thing. I think I saw it in a magazine, or similar - do you use two balls at once for the contrasting wavy stripe? I'd very much like to do that too, as I sort of hoard Kureyon and it's too pretty not to use.

Then again, I have exactly no time to knit these days...
