No, or the TV guide. I did, for one moment, consider buying a Sunday paper and reading it purely to make the lyrics fit better. Then I decided that was one step too far down the route of madness.

There wasn't really a great deal of protein on my plate today - dinner was fairly carbohydrate-based. I did mean to take a pic of it anyway, but apparently was too concerned with eating it to remember, which is why you get my lovely washing up (which I have now done).
