Stuff

This year I am going to get things done.

So far I have updated Twitter and Facebook telling everyone about how I've descaled the kettle. I didn't want you to be left out, LJ. Actually, I'm now descaling the kettle again, because the first one wasn't enough. Descaler is kind of a new experience for the kettle, it's taking some time to get used to it.

That piece of information was an exclusive, flist. Facebook and Twitter didn't even get that one. You don't have to thank me.

So, and yes. The other thing. When I removed my desktop computer, I suddenly had these obsolete sliding keyboard and mouse compartments on my desk. It has come to my notice that these spaces have somehow become clogged up with bank statements, correspondence, payslips, cds, manuals and other detritus. I have no idea how this happened, but I assume it was a similar process to that which led to me having a cup of limescale tea every morning. Anyway, I'm going in. With a pickaxe. And I'm telling you all about it, which is totally justified and definitely not any form of procrastination or distraction. Wish me luck!

ps. We can has new Doctor this afternoon. OMG!

Before we find out I might be sick with anticipation because I love David so much, nobody else could beat him.

Except maybe Eddie Izzard, to be fair. Or Stephen Fry.

I have heald out on Facebook, but a crazy computer geek fan actually created FriendFace, so I joined that instead!!!

I haff no idea about twitter and I am pleased I don't see your updates because Twitter annoys me!

Much as I love Eddie and Stephen (and you know I do!) they wouldn't work for me because I love them too much as Eddie and Stephen. For me the Doctor needs to be someone not too well-known, so they can properly inhabit the role. Out of likely people who've been suggested, I like the idea of Paterson Joseph, I think he's good. I would be seriously displeased if it were James Nesbitt.

Haha, I can't believe someone made Friendface!! The internet is indeed mad. :)

I deliberately don't link to Twitter on here, because I think it's cruel and unnecessary to force my inane ramblings on people who haven't signed up for them.
