Just so you know, my first thought was of you because of the whole..staying with you/you being so fabulous to her (and in the same way, to me, although I solemnly swear I have no plans to die on the internet, promise!)

I know I was impatient with Kia when she stayed; I was frustrated by her, having never met anyone so lethargic and hard to talk to. Though maybe this was more me being too prosaic to cope with the exotic, I don't know. Only towards the end did we have magical moments where she conveyed her passion for the stars, for Hubble... those moments made up for everything else.
Like I say, hallelujah she's with us.
And YOU, dear - you better never pull a stunt like that or I will hunt you down and smack your bum...

You have nothing to feel bad about, T. You were so kind, in such a difficult situation. Many of us will always admire you for it, even if the recipient of your kindness doesn't.
