Writing sometimes makes me physically writhe with frustration. Is this normal, I wonder?

Have been taking some time to examine the presents under our delightfully tacky fake tree. My dear best friend and housemate has wrapped all his presents in homemade wrapping paper made from photocopies of a picture of Benicio Del Toro, which is very innovative and looks great, although I'm not really a fan. I think I know what mine is... hope I'm right!
