Directed here by the lovely Kia, she knows I appreciate quality.

I saw that documentary. And your fic could have been a part of it, it was so like them. They were lovely looking guys, too, weren't they? And so damned funny. Those last shows Pete did with Clive Anderson had me in stitches, I was devastated when Pete died so soon after. Pete had that stream of consciousness type humour, his brain worked differently to most people's, and you caught that in your writing so beautifully. Dud was no fool, either, bless him.

Anyway, thanks, it was wonderful.

Well, I've been in love with Peter since I watched reruns of 'Not Only... But Also...' as a kid. Beautiful man, and a genius. That Clive Anderson show was so wonderful. But I loved Dudley too, he had such a sad end. And he does get underrated I think. I loved that bit in the programme where he said something like, 'Well, I'm not quite the servile creep I used to be...'

Anyway, thanks for reading - I honestly didn't really expect anyone to! I'm glad you enjoyed it and hope I did them some kind of justice.

I remember Pete being on Parkinson and talking abou being at prep school, I think it was, and being approached by an older boy for sex. And he was so casual about it, just totally accepted that he had been a beautiful boy who would attract attention. And he probably was, too. Lovely, lovely man. And yeah, Dud was such a talented musician and a very funny guy, too.
