Progress report

Well, I had a great Halloween, I don't know about you. First, Orlando was unexpectedly on the telly, being generally adorable and being shown someone's bondage gear and looking puzzled, in that lovely way he has.

Then I did the washing up.

Then I started my novel. Roughly two hours in, and I've written 1,781 words about dirty boys smoking and swearing on a rooftop. Can't be a bad way to start. *crosses all fingers and toes*

Don't worry, I'm not actually going to regale you with these updates every two hours for the next month. Or I might. Depends.

*goes to bed*

What update, or go to bed? No matter, as I'll probably be doing plenty of both over the next month.

Just wanted to say:

I love you.

Maybe I've had too much Halloween candy (though not likely since we got bombarded with urchins and there's hardly any left), but I'm feeling schmoopy. I look forward with great interest to all your posts and updates and I wish you much writing joy.

Seriously! xxoo

Orlando? *meep* Love love love that boy.

Awww, love you too, Shriney. :)

Thanks for the good wishes. I'm sure I will continue to bore the pants off you...

Orlando? You know, he really is so lovely! Apart from the insanely sexy thing, you know. Which may sound like stating the obvious, but sometimes I forget.

*basks in love*

Boring? Ha! You? Never!!!!

ZZZZZzzzzz....oh, sorry, what were you saying? It's a bit late here... :P

And yes, Orli detractors always ask me what I see in him, that they just see him as only skin deep and the reason I adore him is because I see SO the opposite. He seems so genuine and sweet and well, sunny is always the word I come up with. Maybe he's a prissy brat in his private time, I have no idear, but even this hopelessly trashy gossip site I recently saw labeled him as a good guy, so I cling to the hope that the gorgeous smile of his is indeed genuine as it seems. *clings*

*steps off Orli soapbox* ahem. Sorry 'bout that. It happens. :P

Thanks, you strange person. And thanks for the chocolate, which I have just remembered. I'm probably going to come downstairs in a minute and eat some, but by the time you read this it'll be way, way in the past...

nnngh? You mean there was more than one interesting thing on telly last night?

*goes off to check Radio Times*

oh. Was he on Graham Norton?

[identity profile] sheldrake.livejournal.com 2003-11-02 11:45 am (UTC)(link)
Yup, Graham Norton. It was pure accident that I happened to see it, because I don't usually watch it. That was the third time he's been on that show though, so no doubt he'll be back again before long...
