I've got a job interview next week.
omghelp. I don't want one any more. I want to stay at my nice old crappy comfortable job and slide slowly into massive debt as a result.
I can't believe I put the wrong phone number on my application form. Idiot. Well, I doubt they'll want to employ someone who doesn't know their own phone number.
Ok, now I just have to learn QuarkXPress before next week. Anyone got any handy hints?
*continues to act like bunny in headlights*
I may have to go and calm myself by playing Kingdom of Loathing for a while.

I never used it that much, but it's basically Pagemaker and InDesign without any of the nice bits.... *coughs*... But I'm sure you'll *love* it!

Either way, enjoy learning Quark, and best of luck with the new job! :)

New Jobs.
Be not afeared, little Bunny.
Oh maybe this story will make you feel better about the phone number thing: Imagine my horror when, having got ready for a 3 pm interview I looked at the interview letter only to see it had been at 13.00 hours? Who the hell uses the 24 hour clock on interview letters anyway? I phoned them up more embarressed than anything and they were fine about it and re-scheduled.
I didn't get the job, although they offerred me another one - but it was lack of experience not the mistake.
You'll be fine - I know it.

ps. I'm kind of planning on joining you rabid mac people when I've got some money. Of course, the key phrase here is the one involving money, so it'll probably never happen. And your mac-porn-fic has absolutely nothing to do with it. Nothing whatsoever. So there. And anyway, I'm keeping the PC. I'm bi.

rabid? *sniffs* trust me, missy, you won't want to play with that pc ever again once you get a sexy mac. *leers*
n.x :)

1. Why are you leaving your old job?
2. Why are you the best candidate for this job? i.e. what skills do you possess that fit this job
3. I can never remember the third. This is perhaps why I haven't got a new job.
