Hello. I'm sure you'll all be happy to hear that I've been working very hard on the MS Paint pictures for everyone who requested them. I've three left to do. I hope you're all very excited.

I am tired and my brain feels heavy. I'm also having that great thing you get when you come off antidepressants, where you feel constantly disorientated, like your brain is on a ship in a slight squall, and the rest of you is about half an hour to the left as the crow flies. You've all had that, right?

Things I am too tired to do:

Knit
Draw people's Paint pics
Tidy up
Make sandwiches
Learn Latin
Do my Stephen Fry poetry book exercises (omg this book is the best, it's like Stephen is your favourite teacher)
Read
Go through my new fabulous Nigel Slater book and find something which I'll be too tired to cook

It is STUPID to be this tired, It's not like I'm exactly overworked at the moment.

I've taken to watching Due South. I find it soothing. I've also taken to spamming LJ with randomness. You may have noticed.
Mood:: slow

Hi, Duckie, hi!

I am very cold and about to read my book whilst lounging in a nice hot bath!

Well, I haven't got very far yet, but I've learnt quite a lot already. I'm really enjoying it!

What are the exercises? You should share with the group!

Ok, first one you have to write at least 20 lines in iambic pentameter, in different moods - doesn't have to make sense - some should be single lines, others connected - write fast, don't spend too long on each one - don't use rhyme.

Hee - maybe I'll post my rubbish responses to each exercise - you'll soon wish you hadn't asked me to share...

Hey Ruby! I'm not too bothered - you can write my name if you want. I mean, yeah, CRAZY STALKERS will probably get me, but whatever. Glad you enjoyed my bed, twas a pleasure to be of service. :)

Good for you for coming off the pills. What you said reminded me of going ONTO them - I felt very peculiar... not unlike the sensation of knowing that There Will Be Trouble because Dad missed the turning for Chester Zoo due to Mum being absorbed in a book about the care of rabbits rather than concentrating on the map she also has balanced on her knee - so far it's all calm but Something Is Coming.

A thoroughly heterosexual colleague announced that he would 'do' the man out of 'Due South' (whose name I can't be arsed to look up) if he had to. But not Ben Browder, which I think is peculiar because they are quite alike.

Erm. That's all I have to say.

Heh, most amusing about your colleague - shall I do the obvious 'a Mountie always gets his man' joke, or will you? ;)

Please be gentle with yourself with the withdrawal. :)

Oh, don't worry, I'm being very gentle. Really, I feel I should spend the next two weeks in bed, just in case, you know - but I don't think my bosses would go for it. It's making me very absent-minded though. I keep getting words wrong and bumping into things. Mind you, that might just be me.

Pistachio cake thingy with drizzly stuff on it. TO.DIE.FOR. Better even than cowboys shagging in tents. Yes, really. Yes, really. poule x

Ooh, Romans! Mm, cake. Roman cowboys shagging in tents. With cake! Yay!
