argh! computer crashed, now firefox won't load, won't reinstall properly, just freezes every time I open it. IE refuses to run properly and anyway is crap. And if I go to the Firefox page to try and download it again, there is no bloody download button! Look, I can't do computer stuff, ok!

We just had a bucketload of problems at work because of a virus on the server, and we had to wipe our whole hard drive at home for the same reason, I wonder if maybe you've caught something!
