I'm really tired this evening. Can't be bothered sentences.

Anyway. Reason recent reticence. Tired of own ranting and angry talking sad things. Gone to ground. Buried head in sand. Pulled wool over own eyes. Went back under bedclothes.

Try for positive! Unexplained recent positive:

Radio: John le Carré, Attenboroughs.
Books. Brave Roman boys on noble quest.
Tickets for Russells.
Singing.
Battlestar G.
Beer festival. Mmm, chocolate orange beer. Friendly folky beardy men.
Friend's beautiful wedding, idyllic sunshine, butterflies etc. Friendly folky beardy men.
Chilli on plate.
Chilli on plant.
Sharing lolcat love.
Knitting Seaman's Cap.
Tomorrow: Keyboard buying for musical playing.

I still heart Ray Kowalski.

That's because Ray is wonderful.

Chocolate orange beer? I don't think I could handle the combination even if I drank alcohol, but that sounds fairly mind-blowing.

That he be! :)

It had a lovely rich, brown chocolatey aftertaste. I also had raspberry beer and elderflower beer. I wanted the honey beer but I couldn't find it.

I think I would have had to try the chocolate orange beer, too. It sounds yummy, if a little unusual.

I have a large bag here, and in it are two bundles of knitting needles and some other stuff. One of the bundles of needles and some of the other stuff is for you, and lo, I may even manage to post it tomorrow. To what address should it be sent?

It was lovely - it really tasted like rich, dark chocolate - but also like beer. I also had one brewed with Scottish raspberries, and an elderflower one. And sips of everyone elses... but was very restrained and so no hangover.

I had quite forgot about the needles, and have sent you an email. Ooh, exciting! :)

Lovely lovely beer.

Hat - for David, or generic Seamen? :-)

If David offers me a good enough price, he can have it! :)

I asked (older) visiting Brit friends about Russell Brand. They visibly recoiled. The lady said he looks horrible (his hair of course). I stood firm that Russ has deep insights and is very smart. At least as smart as Eddie Izzard, if not more so. I think we're still friends. ;)

Yeah, he does tend to inspire that reaction in people. It's kind of understandable really. Russell is ridiculous in many ways. But then so are many of my favourite people. :)

And I love him for still coming to play dull little Ipswich even though he's all famous and in films and stuff now.
